Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Must have at least 2 years of experience in hotel and fine dining restaurant or in any related.
* Maintain organization and ensure proper storage and cleaning of all rolling stock and racks, silver, pre soaking and operation of dish machine.
* Interview, hire and train new stewards as required. Maintain proper administrative records on associates i.e. Attendance log, coaching and counseling sessions, disciplinary forms, etc.
* Ensure proper set-up, breakdown and maintenance of all banquet functions.
* Must be Hardworking, Trustworthy, and Reliable
* Can work with minimum supervision
* With good communication skills
