Responsibilities:
The Case:

• Both children are 5.5 years old boys who are diagnosed with ASD. They have no retardation or handicap issues. Both are verbal and is receiving ABA therapy through a capable center in Dubai. Also broth are attending school, one is in a main stream school with a shadow and another attending an ASD classroom in a main stream school with an inclusion program managed by the ABA center. There is a noticeable improvement in both cases and the need for a full time therapist is need at this stage to ensure sustaining and bulfing on the improvement.

Job Description:

• Implement (ABA) Applied Behavioral Analysis and Discrete Trial Therapy with client (training to be provided through a renown center in Dubai through me);
• Implement social skills training when needed (e.g. play dates/groups) and work on generalization of these and ABA techniques across settings/communities;
• Behavioral intervention implementation;
• Data collection;
• Attend training workshops when needed;
• Implement shadowing services for student and collaborating with student’s educational team in doing so;
• Follow strategies advised by child’s ABA Case Supervisor;
• Adhere to school’s policies guidelines where shadowing service takes place; and
• Accompany the child to community events/family gatherings (when applicable) to ensure child is generalizing learned social skills and adaptive behaviors.
• Enough working experience with ASD and Autisim cases.
• Strong and compassionate person.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Dubai.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
