Responsibilities:
* Responsible for maintaining high standards of Food Hygiene by monitoring product temperatures from receiving areas to aircraft loading.
* Ensuring the safety of raw food by inspection of freezers/chillers.
* Monitoring of dish wash performance, monitoring chlorine levels in water.
* Monitoring staff hygiene practices.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology / Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Age: 24 - 30 years old
* Good communication skills in English.
