This is the most unorganized recruitment agency i've been with. I will never recommend this to anyone.
Here are the reasons why:
1. It seems that this agency does not do some thorough research of the company in UAE, and the emplyees they send were mostly fending for themselves in that foreign country
2. A crammer, a last minute processing before the international flight
3. If you are extremely unlucky, they'd even give you fake documents
